Pull up a seat on the patio, take in the beautiful New Hampshire scenery, and let's dive in.
White Wine: Crisp, Fruity, and Made for Every Occasion
White wine has a way of fitting just about any moment. Brunch with friends, a quiet afternoon on the deck, a dinner of fresh seafood — there's always a white wine that belongs on the table. At The Summit Winery, our white wine lineup celebrates the flavors that New England wine lovers have come to appreciate: clean, bright, and refreshingly honest.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a perennial favorite, and it's not hard to see why. Light citrus notes and a lemongrass finish make it the perfect companion for poultry, seafood, and light pasta dishes. If you love that crisp, mouth-watering style of white wine, this one's for you.
For fans of a slightly richer experience, our Oaked Chardonnay delivers soft apple, honeysuckle, and a buttery finish that pairs beautifully with lobster rolls, pork, and pesto pasta. It's a classic New Hampshire summer wine — the kind you pour when good food and good company come together.
If you prefer something lighter, our Un-Oaked Chardonnay offers a more delicate balance of green apple and crisp pear, without the added texture of oak. And our Pinot Grigio — refreshing, light-bodied, and full of tart green apple and pear — is a wonderful match for spicy shrimp, pasta carbonara, or lemon chicken piccata.
Looking for something with a little more sweetness? Our Riesling is a crowd-pleaser with high acidity and notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and papaya, while our Moscato leans into the sweeter side of life with a delicately fruity and floral character. It pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes, cheese, and fruit — or just on its own as a treat.
And if you can't decide? Our Summit White is a beautifully balanced blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio — semi-sweet with a fruity nose, and one of our best summer sipping wines.
Rosé: The Wine That Does It All
Rosé has earned its place at the table — and if you haven't tried ours yet, you're in for a treat. The Summit Rosé is made from the Gamay grape, a variety known for producing wines that are bright, fruit-forward, and wonderfully aromatic. In our hands, it becomes a blush pink wine with a sweet strawberry nose and a long-lasting, refreshing finish. It's a crowd-pleaser through and through, equally at home with grilled meats, light salads, or absolutely nothing at all except good company.
There's a reason rosé has become such a beloved category: it bridges the gap between white and red in a way that feels effortless. It's a little fruity, a little refreshing, and always easy to love. Our rosé is no exception — it's a journey for your palate, and once you try it, you'll keep coming back.
Whether you're toasting at a bridal shower, kicking back after a long week, or exploring the winery for the first time, the Summit Rosé is a go-to pour that never disappoints. Serve it chilled, enjoy it with everything (or nothing), and let it remind you why summer in New Hampshire is so worth savoring.
Wine Slushies: Your New Warm-Weather Obsession
Let's talk about something a little different — and a whole lot of fun. Wine slushies have become one of the most talked-about experiences at The Summit Winery, and for good reason. They're refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect way to enjoy a glass on a warm New Hampshire afternoon.
Made with our Summit Rosé — crafted from the Gamay grape — our wine slushies deliver all the fruity, strawberry-forward flavor you love from the rosé, but in a frosty, icy form that's hard to resist on a warm New Hampshire day. The Gamay grape's natural brightness and light body make it an ideal base for a slushy: refreshing, not too heavy, and full of that signature blush fruit character.
Wine slushies are also a huge hit at private events. Planning a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, or company gathering at the winery? Our Event Room is the perfect setting, and wine slushies make for a festive, crowd-pleasing drink option that guests absolutely love. They're the kind of thing people talk about long after the event is over.
Wine Slushies will be available starting on Mother’s Day!
The point is simple: wine slushies are meant to be fun, and that's exactly the spirit in which we serve them. Stop in on a warm afternoon and see what all the buzz is about.

About The Summit Winery Wine Club
Special Wine-Club Only wine tasting during a the Fall 2025 release party. Remember membership is free to join!
“We are very, very proud of our Wine Club membership. Really glad how well it is working and how fast it has been growing. We currently have almost 60 members who see the real value in it. They get a quarterly release of 4 curated bottles, and discounts on wine. But they can also choose the wine they want each quarter. They all come to the winery for the wine release party, where everybody just seems to have a really good time. So we're going to continue to push that forward and grow it. We hope to grow the membership with the help of our membership coordinator, Simone, to over 100 soon.”
