Location: The Summit Winery wine cellar
During this intimate tour, Darren will guide you through our underground cellar where you can observe the active fermentation process that began just this past week during our Crush event. You'll witness firsthand how our freshly pressed grapes are transforming into wine through the fascinating science of fermentation.
This is a rare chance to see winemaking in real-time and learn directly from our passionate winemaker about the art and science behind every bottle we create.
